Converse Chucks have always been a creative canvas for their fans. To celebrate the opening of the Converse’s new Google+ page the sneaker brand put their favourite model up for a ‘creative hack’ competition. We set out to open this initiative up to a wider audience, giving new makers the tools & space needed to realise & share their ideas, and created the G+ Converse Garage: a real world content generator to populate a social space online. We took digital G+ technologies & made them tangible; from physical GIF booths, synced to G+, to hack session Hangouts, connecting people from all over the world.
