Assembly of Youth
A unique installation situated in the lobby of the UN building in New York that brought the personal messages of children directly to world leaders at the 2015 General Assembly.It was launched by David Beckham, Ban Ki-moon and the UNICEF Executive Director.
The information displayed was drawn from U-Report, an SMS-based system that allows young people to speak out on the challenges they face in their homes and communities – and express their hopes for the future.
Media coverage was global with a total reach of 3.85 billion.

MY ROLE: Senior Producer
Worked with internal team to develop concept and define a plan for production
Met and briefed partners (United Visual Arts)
3rd party management up to project delivery
Oversaw creative development of all assets (created internally)
Managed internal teams ( creative teams, director...) to produce launch film for the project.
Consistent go-to resource for internal stakeholders and primary point of escalation.
Actively managed and oversaw the project (timings plan creation, and finance management)
Preparation of documentation (SOW, risk log, internal status report, legal contracts...)
Working with inter company teams to ensure project alignment and coordination ( in different locations and timeframes)
In charge of managing and overseeing internal and external resources for the project Installation.
Produced installation (managing builders, exhibition designers, oversee tech on space and supporting UVA) and was the point to go with anything related to installation production.
